In this dynamic domain, our efforts incline towards reshaping the idea of how conflicts are addressed and resolved. LRPS reviews the existing legal landscape of Arbitration and Mediation for filling the gaps and inconsistencies that obstruct their effectiveness. Through collaborative efforts, we look forward to propose legislative reforms which strengthen the credibility and enforceability of these Dispute Resolution methods. Not only this, we develop resources and workshops for public awareness about the benefits of these methods.

Most importantly, guidelines in specialized areas such as international trade, commercial contracts or intellectual property are going to be provided in order to enhance the skills of arbitrators and mediators with collaboration of National and International experts. Our guidelines, trainings, proposed legislative reforms and extensive research aims to contribute in creating an efficient dispute resolution environment that encourages both National and international Arbitration and Mediation.
