Professional Profile

Sammarah Hyat is a dedicated advocate for human rights and humanitarian causes, having graduated from the University of London. She has a strong commitment to advancing the rights and safety of individuals with autism and Asperger’s syndrome, with a particular focus on both children and adults.  Throughout her academic journey and beyond, she has partnered closely with NGOs to address pressing issues such as child abuse and child marriages. Her tireless efforts have contributed significantly to raising awareness and implementing measures to combat these grave violations of human rights.

Samamarah’s research interests lie at the intersection of human rights, humanitarian law, and developments in international human rights legislation. Her primary objective is to identify and address systemic issues related to human rights abuses. She is passionate about providing practical strategies and legal remedies that empower individuals and communities to understand the importance of humanitarian engagement from both social and legal perspectives. With a deep sense of empathy and a commitment to making a positive impact on society, Sammarah Hyat exemplifies the qualities of a compassionate and dedicated advocate and not only works for the humanitarian causes but also deals the civil, family and Intellectual Property Law cases. Her work in collaboration with the Legal Research Paradigm Society continues to be a driving force in the fight for a more just and equitable society, in the fields of Intellectual Property, Human Rights and International Laws.
